Shipping Info
Where do you ship packages from?
Packages are sent from Czechia and should be delivered via national mail carrier.
I usually send packages out once a week, mostly Friday. If you need me to prioritize your order, feel free to message me!
Shipping options
Currently there are 3 options for shipping out your order.
ORDINARY MAIL (NO INSURANCE)
This option is cheaper, simple, and reliable. No signature is required during the delivery.
In case of sending outside of the European Union, destination country may subject the package to additional customs and taxes that are left to be paid by the customer. However it's most of the time ignored by the customs.
There are two options now.
Untracked
No tracking and no insurance. No signature required. The cheapest option. If the package gets lost, I can't raise a case with post office.
Tracked
New option which costs 3 EUR more than untracked option. Uninsured, but the package get's rarely lost. No signature required. In case you want this cheap option with tracking but you want insurance, please order through my Etsy.
INSURED PARCEL
Parcels with insurance are more expensive since the beginning of 2026 due to new EU regulations. All insured packages, even small ones up to 50 g have a fixed price up to 1 kg. Prices are no longer different for EU and outside of EU, but by zones, which means if you are from a specific zone inside EU, you can pay as much as shipping to Australia or USA.
Your package is insured in case it gets damaged during transit or lost.
Please note all insured parcels are signature required, meaning that if you are not at home, you will have to ask for re-delivery or pick up at your local post office. If you won't do a pick up on time, it will get returned to me and you will have to pay again for the shipping.
Delivery timeline
- EU - 3-5 days
- Europe (outside EU) - 1 week
- US - 2-3 weeks
- Canada - 3 weeks
- Australia - 3-4 weeks
- The rest of the world - 3-4 weeks
