Shipping Info
Where do you ship packages from?
Packages are sent from Czechia and should be delivered via national mail carrier.
I usually send packages out once a week, mostly Friday. If you need me to prioritize your order, feel free to message me!
In case there is an issue with shipping, please contact me first before leaving a bad review! I will try to solve the situation with you.
Shipping options
Currently there are 2 options for shipping out your order.
Economy option without tracking was disabled because of issues with multiple orders and will not be available anymore.
International (tracked)
No signature required. It might take longer to get delivered but it's the cheapest option. Please note it can take +1 week around Europe and +2 weeks outside of Europe
PICK UP BOXES
I am slowly adding options for local pick up boxes. Right now it's available in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. More countries will be available soon.
Please note you have to choose the pick up box AFTER the payment.
Please note all parcels are signature required, meaning that if you are not at home, you will have to ask for re-delivery or pick up at your local post office. If you won't do a pick up on time, it will get returned to me and you will have to pay again for the shipping.
Delivery timeline
- CZ/SK - 2-3 days
- Europe ( and outside EU) - 1 week
- US - 2-3 weeks
- Canada - 3 weeks
- Australia - 3-4 weeks
- The rest of the world - 3-4 weeks
